This paper, through a purposeful contrast and comparison of the relevant technology content in these two standards of radiographic testing, analyzes the existing difference between them and the potential influences on testing results, offers us a better understanding of relevant clauses and a guiding function to the effective management of radiographic technology. Keywords:Two standards; radiographic testing technology; relevant clauses; comparison and analysis 【002】Excel軟件在射線檢測(cè)實(shí)用參數(shù)計(jì)算中的應(yīng)用 杜 傳 國(guó) (山東電力建設(shè)第一工程公司 山東 濟(jì)南 250100) 摘 要:射線檢測(cè)需要經(jīng)常計(jì)算各類檢測(cè)實(shí)用參數(shù),因部分實(shí)用參數(shù)計(jì)算公式復(fù)雜、輸入變量較多,存在手工計(jì)算工作量大、計(jì)算結(jié)果出錯(cuò)率高等問(wèn)題。Excel是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的微機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件,它具有強(qiáng)大的處理和分析數(shù)據(jù)、制作表格、創(chuàng)建圖表等功能,利用EXCEL中的公式、函數(shù)和智能重算等功能,對(duì)實(shí)用參數(shù)的計(jì)算過(guò)程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,形成的計(jì)算表格具有輸入方便、計(jì)算快速、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確等特點(diǎn),能極大的提高檢測(cè)人員的工作效率和管理能力。 關(guān)鍵詞:Excel;射線檢測(cè);實(shí)用參數(shù);計(jì)算應(yīng)用; 【002】The application of Excel software in practical parameters calculation in radiographic testing Du Chuan-Guo (Shandong Electric Power Construction N0.1 Company,Jinan 250100,China) Abstract: various kinds of practical parameters are often calculated during radiographic testing; however, since computational formulas of some practical parameters are complicated with so many input variables, the manual calculation workload is heavy and it’s liable to make mistakes. Excel is the most widely-used computer software in data processing, and it enjoys advantages in many fields, such as processing and analyzing data, making electronic forms and graphs and so on. By using its functions of formula, function, intelligence recalculation, etc., the computational process of practical parameters can be designed and optimized, therefore the computation form will be established with features of convenient input, rapid calculating, accurate result ,etc., which will greatly improve the work efficiency and management of testing personnel. According to the distortion wave sigal in TOFD graph spectrum the time difference calculation is done in the paper, and the influence of non-correlation sigal and distortion wave is excluded as much as possible combining with the analysis of inspection cases. So the indentification and mensuration for defect is done correctly, and miscarriage of justice for defect is avoided also.
