072在用對二甲苯(PX)輸送埋地管道的外腐蝕檢測

摘要將外腐蝕直接評價方法應(yīng)用于對二甲苯(PX)輸送埋地管道的外腐蝕檢測。分別對其進(jìn)行敷設(shè)環(huán)境調(diào)查、土壤腐蝕性檢測、陰極保護(hù)檢測和防腐層檢測,并對檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行評級。防腐層檢測中,應(yīng)用C掃描檢測防腐層絕緣電阻率,綜合運(yùn)用Pearson法和密間隔電位法(CIPS)確定防腐層破損點(diǎn)位置,通過開挖確認(rèn),驗(yàn)證了該組合檢測方法的有效性,為埋地管道防腐層檢漏提供高效、準(zhǔn)確的新方法。

072External Corrosion Testing of Buried Pipeline in Service

Abstract: External corrosion direct assessment method was applied to PX transportation pipeline External Corrosion Testing. The buried pipeline testing consisted of environmental investigation, soil corrosion detection, cathodic protection testing and detection of anticorrosive coating. The testing results were rated. In the detection of anticorrosive coating, C-scan was applied to test coating insulation resistance, and Pearson method and the close-interval potential survey (CIPS) were use to determine coating damage point. The excavation confirmed that the combination of detection methods was effective. Efficient and accurate new method was provided for underground leak detection of pipeline coatings.

073淺談渦流檢測技術(shù)在承壓特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用

摘要:渦流檢測技術(shù)與射線檢測、超聲波檢測、磁粉檢測、滲透檢測,同屬JB/T4730-2005《承壓設(shè)備無損檢測》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里的五大常規(guī)無損檢測技術(shù)。受技術(shù)條件的制約,渦流檢測技術(shù)并未在承壓特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)中廣泛應(yīng)用。本文通過結(jié)合渦流檢測技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)與承壓特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)的實(shí)際,探討渦流檢測技術(shù)在鍋爐、壓力容器、壓力管道等承壓特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用。

073Discusses the Eddy Current Testing Technique Shallowly in the Pressure Special Equipment Inspection Application

Abstract:Eddy current testing technology, X-Ray testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing and Penetrant testing are the five regular NDT technology of the specification JB/T4730-2005 <<Non-Destructive Testing of Pressure Equipments>>. Subject to the limitation of technical utilizations, Eddy current testing technology is not the popular way to inspect the pressure equipments. In this article, the union characteristic eddy current testing technique and the pressure special equipment inspection reality, discussion eddy current testing technique in boiler, pressure vessel, pressure piping and so on in pressure special equipment inspectional application.

076工業(yè)X射線機(jī)現(xiàn)場實(shí)時遙控裝置研制

摘要:本文介紹一種工業(yè)X射線機(jī)現(xiàn)場實(shí)時遙控裝置.該裝置采用PLC(可編程控制器)采集射線機(jī)控制箱的信息,通過無線數(shù)據(jù)通訊方法,在PDA(無線掌上電腦)實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控功能,實(shí)時遠(yuǎn)程顯示X射線機(jī)的工作狀態(tài),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控射線機(jī)高壓開關(guān),并在PDA上顯示出射線機(jī)的工作狀態(tài),使操作人員遠(yuǎn)離X射線現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行操作,從而達(dá)到保護(hù)操作人員安全、提高工作效率的目的。

076Research for real-time Remote Controller of Industrial X-Ray Instrument

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of real-time Remote Controller of Industrial X-Ray Instrument. The controller adopts the information from the controller of X-Ray Instrument with the PLC (programmable logic controller).Via a wireless data communication, the X-Ray Instrument can be turn on and off by a PDA (wireless palmtop computer), and its real-time working situation be displayed on the PDA. So the operator can be far away from X ray, so as to protect the safety of operating personnel and improve working efficiency.

Abstract:With the premise of satisfying the requirements on penetration pattern in the standard, the film density and IQI sensitivity both can meet the standard requirements, after penetrating through plates ranged from 60 to 100mm in thickness, using a portable high-frequency constant-voltage X-ray machine. It shows that the machine can replace Ir192 as a radiography source in certain circumstances.

摘要:應(yīng)用脈沖渦流檢測技術(shù),對帶包覆層的鐵磁性管道腐蝕進(jìn)行了檢測。對不同厚度的包覆層、不同面積和深度的腐蝕缺陷進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),分析檢測靈敏度的變化。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,對于較大面積的腐蝕缺陷,即使包覆層較厚,在合適的檢測參數(shù)下,脈沖渦流也具有很好的檢測能力。

079Pulsed Eddy Current Inspection Technique for Corrosion under Insulation in Ferromagnetic Tubes

Abstract: In this paper, we applied pulsed eddy current(PEC) inspection technology to detect ferromagnetic tubes corrosion under insulation. By detecting corrosion of different thickness insulation and different defect areas and deepness, variation of detection sensitivity was analyzed. It was proved that as for corrosion defect with a large area, pulsed eddy current had a very good ability in testing under appropriate inspection parameters, even with a thick insulation.

Abstract:Time of flight diffraction(TOFD) was summarized as a new NDT method,and offered a real application. It was dissected that the processing parameter affected the result of inspection. Through optimizing the processing parameter, the testing range and relevance ratio were raised. It was value to guide the application of TOFD.
